She can again fast after the duration of breastfeeding.

You can do most important cleaning things and leave the unnecessary work to reduce your workload or do it before ramadan starts. Just focus on your ibadat and take care of your new one.
3.Simplify your aftaar menu
Simplifying the aftaar menu you can decrease your workload instead of doing a long menu of pakoras chaats and many more eat healthy things and convince your family to eat simple and healthy food like simple roti and salan after having some fruits in aftaar.
4.care for your baby
Caring for your baby is your first priority take a deep sleep with your baby and do care of him instead of doing extra things like usage of mobile phones and extra screen time.

Preplanning can help you in many ways.
You should preplan your sehri and aftari meals before a day to relax yourself mentally and physically too. Prepare yourself mentally to handle the work you have yo do tomorrow.
